The enhanced capacity and improved data access facilitated by DAP led to clear improvements in the Research Department's outputs and their use by MPs. DAP was implemented by @AcepaAfrica & @StatsGhana, with support from INASP & @onthinktanks (DAP II), & funded by @Hewlett_Found.

A free vote is also known as a conscience vote. In many countries, such votes are relatively rare. They are typically reserved for highly contentious issues on which members of the same party hold diverse views, making it difficult for parties to adopt a unified policy stance.
