On December 2 & 3, 2025, the ILGRP Project, funded by @CanadaDev & implemented by @AcepaAfrica in partnership with @parlcent in Kenya, provided methodological support to Parliamentary Research Services (PRS) and Budget Office staff to conduct gender analysis of state budgets.
2/ From unpacking GRB concepts to analysing the 2026 budget, participants explored practical entry points for influencing Ghana’s budgeting process and driving more inclusive outcomes. This workshop forms part of the ILGRP project.
On 4th December, civil society actors gathered for a hands-on session on Gender-Responsive Budgeting, a critical step in strengthening accountability and ensuring national budgets truly reflect the needs of women, men, girls and boys.
