ACEPA Hosts a Delegation from The Parliament of Uganda

A group picture of the Delegation.

We are happy to have hosted a delegation from the Parliament of Uganda from the 13th to the 18th of May 2024. Led by the Leader of Opposition, Hon. Joel Senyonyi, the delegation took part in a course on Strengthening the Role of the Opposition in Parliament for Effective Governance and Oversight.

As part of the course led by experts from the African Centre for Parliamentary Affairs- ACEPA, the delegation had the opportunity to interact with the past and the current Minority Leaders of the Parliament of Ghana. The theoretical and practical sessions were very informative and insightful. Look out for further updates from the program.

The team expressed their excitement for the opportunity to learn and share while interacting with individuals and colleagues who share similar experiences in the field of governance.
