Freeman Dagadu
Freeman Dagadu is a Project officer at the African Centre for Parliamentary Affairs (ACEPA) with experience in operations, project planning and implementation. Over the past two and half years, he has worked to support the implementation of key programs such as the Data for Accountability Project (DAP) and the Inclusive Legislatures for Gender Responsive Policies (ILGRP).
He has also worked on several research initiatives at the Centre playing key roles in designing instruments, data collection and producing research reports. He also contributes to project monitoring and evaluation and development of knowledge and communication products. Currently, he serves as the lead on the “Enhancing the Capacity of Parliament to address Children’s Issues” Programme implemented in partnership with, and with funding from UNICEF Ghana. Freeman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Resource Development with Economics from the University of Ghana.
