H.E. Dr. Adam Abdul-Rahaman
H.E. Dr. Adam Abdul-Rahaman is a career diplomat and currently serves as Ghana’s Consul-General to Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to being appointed to his current position, he served in various capacities in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as in Ghana Embassy in Brussels, Belgium from 2012 to 2016, Ghana Embassy in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from 2018 to 2023, and was also the immediate past Officer-In-Charge, Director, at the Accra Passport Application Center (Accra PAC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Dr. Adam has a wide range of expertise in diplomacy, intergovernmental negotiations, public policy formulation, advocacy, leadership, management, and administration. He is currently the board chair of the Afro-Sino Center of International Relations (ASCIR) headquartered in Ghana.
Dr. Adam holds a Doctorate in Political Economy, an M.A. in International Relations, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Religions, as well as a certificate in Human Resources Planning and Development.
Dr. Adam loves reading, watching movies and spending time with the family. He is married with four children.
