TDR- Consultant for Togo ILGRP Team

The African Centre for Parliamentary Affairs (ACEPA) is seeking a consultant for our Inclusive Legislatures for Gender Responsive Policies (ILGRP) Project team in Togo. The consultant is expected to ensure the facilitation of innovative and/or improved approaches to CSO and women’s rights groups in the parliamentary oversight process. Also, ensure that women’s rights groups and CSO contributions to parliamentary scrutiny of governments’ commitments to gender equality are solicited and used in legislative, budgetary, and parliamentary oversight processes.

Le Centre africain pour les affaires parlementaires (ACEPA) recherche un(e) consultant(e) pour son équipe du projet “Législatures inclusives pour des politiques sensibles au genre (LIPSG) au Togo. Le consultant devra veiller à faciliter des approches innovantes et/ou améliorées pour les OSC et les groupes de défense des droits des femmes dans le processus de contrôle parlementaire. Il devra également veiller à ce que les contributions des groupes de défense des droits des femmes et des OSC au contrôle parlementaire des engagements des gouvernements en matière d’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes soient sollicitées et utilisées dans les processus de contrôle législatif, budgétaire et parlementaire.
