The ILGRP Project supported parliamentary staff in Kenya to strengthen the Gender-Responsive HR Supervisors' Guide & explored how the Employee Assistance Programme can tackle workplace mental health in Parliament. Funded by @CanadaDev & implemented by @AcepaAfrica & @parlcent.
@UNICEFGhana @parliament_gh The workshop provided an important platform to strengthen participants’ understanding of child rights and child participation principles while equipping staff with practical skills to engage children in ways that are safe, inclusive, respectful, and meaningful.
On Monday, March 16, @AcepaAfrica, in collaboration with @UNICEFGhana and @parliament_gh, organised a capacity-building workshop for Parliamentary Service staff on strategies for effectively engaging children.
Yesterday, we wrapped up the Sensitisation on gender-related HR Policies under the ILGRP Project, implemented by @AcepaAfrica & @parlcent & funded by @CanadaDev. The last day tackled the Anti-Harassment Policy and the Child Day-care Facility Policy.
