Dr. Gifty Adika (PhD)

Dr. (Mrs.) Gifty Adika (née Hanson) has expertise in governance, parliamentary development and information management and a passion for adopting innovative need-based approaches to the development of capacity enhancement initiatives for MPs.

Her experience working with Parliaments spans two decades. She also has technical expertise and skills for efficient program management. Dr. (Mrs.) Adika has a PhD in Development Studies.

She also possesses the following qualifications: MLS – Rutgers University (USA); MPHIL Library Studies – University of Ghana (Ghana); MA and Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management – Thames Valley University (UK).
