
Juliet Amoah
A trainer and consultant who trains small-scale businesses and teams in start-up enterprises across the sub-region, Juliet is excited about young people and the opportunities they have to change the world. She recently took up the position of Country Director at Emerging Public Leaders, a not-for-profit headquartered in Washington, leading a team of 20 people to work in improving the Civil Service by training for the sector, young ethical leaders.
Before coming to this role, Juliet was Executive Director at Penplusbytes, a CSO leading on digital literacy and active citizenship. Juliet also worked as the Deputy Director and Head of Pogrammes at the British Council and Business Development Manager for Africa at the Canadian Parliamentary Centre.
In an earlier career, Juliet practiced as a Journalist and Publisher and set up and managed two fairly successful businesses in the Publishing and Music Industries.
Juliet is passionate about working on projects that will outlast her and is very legacy minded. Juliet graduated with a first class in Theology from the Trinity Theological Seminary and has multiple postgraduate Degrees in Governance, New Media, Democracy and Social Policy Studies from the University of Leicester in the UK, the University of Ghana, Legon and GIMPA.
She spends a lot of her free time counselling young adults to dream their best dreams and to achieve their personal and collective goals and in getting business leaders to focus on solutions that grow the world.
